Blow-fill-screw capping is an automated production line that integrates three key production processes: bottle blowing, filling, and capping. This equipment achieves a fully automated production process from plastic granules to finished beverage bottles through controlled operation. In the bottle blowing stage, heated plastic preforms are stretched and blown to form transparent, sterile bottles. In the filling stage, the beverage is injected into the blown bottles. In the capping stage, the cap is tightly screwed onto the bottle neck, ensuring the airtightness and safety of the beverage inside.
